In compliance with HEA 483(a)(3)(e), Nicolet College may only use FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) data for the purposes of application, award, or administration of federal, state, institutional, or aid awarded by other entities as designated by the Department of Education. To share the FAFSA data with a scholarship-granting or tribal organization, the student must grant Nicolet College permission to release FAFSA information to the specified third party. You must complete a separate form for each qualifying third part to whom you are authorizing the release of FAFSA information.

I authorize Nicolet College to release FAFSA information to the Nicolet College Foundation for Nicolet Promise Scholarship purposes for the duration of enrollment at Nicolet.
