JOB DUTIES: Communication Support: Greet volunteers, visitors, and staff in a warm,
respectful, and professional manner.
Answer and route phone calls and emails; provide basic
information or direct inquiries to appropriate staff.
Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity when handling
support interactions and personal information.
Administrative Tasks: Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and
events.
Help prepare meeting materials, take notes, and organize
documents.
Perform data entry, filing, and scanning to support
record-keeping and reporting.
Office Operations: Monitor and restock office supplies; assist with ordering
and organizing materials.
Keep shared spaces tidy and organized, including offices
and meeting areas.
Support event logistics such as setting up rooms,
preparing materials, and managing sign-in sheets.
Team Support: Provide general support to program staff, key volunteers
and leadership as needed.
Participate in team meetings and trainings to build
knowledge and contribute to a positive work environment.
