The Financial Aid Appeal form is completed by financial aid recipients in order to appeal a Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) Suspension. Please review the Nicolet College Financial Aid Policy ‘Satisfactory Academic Progress for Financial Aid Recipients’ for information regarding SAP and other appeals.

Your form will be received by the Financial Aid Office for initial review once submitted. The Financial Aid Office will contact you regarding the next step in your appeal process.
