The Financial Aid Appeal form is completed by financial aid recipients in order to change/add a new program for financial aid eligibility, or to appeal a Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) Suspension, or both. Please review the Nicolet College Financial Aid Policy ‘Satisfactory Academic Progress for Financial Aid Recipients’ for information regarding SAP and other appeals.

Your form will be received by the Financial Aid Office for initial review once submitted. SAP appeals also require an appeal appointment to be scheduled with the Financial Aid Office. Appeals to add/change a program will be reviewed, the Financial Aid Office will contact you regarding the next step in your appeal process.
